Solar Engineer/Renewables Manager
Role Includes
- Carrying out all types of Solar PV/battery storage work on Commercial & Domestic installations.
Carrying out a variety of Solar PV Maintenance & Repairs.
Assisting with general electrical work on Commercial & Domestic projects as required.
Being able to competently carry out the full range of testing & Inspections as required by BS 7671 & MCS.
Filling out required electronic job sheets, time sheets, etc.
Work with our management team to launch our renewables division, achieving MCS accreditation and carrying out other department management roles & responsibilities.
Ideally You Should
- Be suitably qualified, to a minimum of BS 7671:2018 - 18th Edition Amendment 2 Wiring Regulations and City & Guilds 2399-11 & 12 – Level 3 Award in the Installation and Maintenance of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic Systems.
Be able to manage and drive a team forwards to carry out exceptional projects from concept to completion.
Have the desire to carry out work to the highest standard and have good customer relation skills.
Hold a UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
What's included?
Salary range from £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience/qualification (based on 40hrs p/week, overtime at higher rates available), Company Vehicle with Fuel Card, Paid Annual Holiday, Company Pension Scheme, Company Driven CPD & Growth Opportunities and much more.
