Business Administration Apprentice
Role Includes
- Being our Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to keep the office running smoothly and supporting our on-site teams. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on skills while working towards your nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification through a local training provider.
You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given structured time each week for your apprenticeship learning.
• Handling phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
• Scheduling jobs and updating our project management system
• Preparing and sending quotes, invoices and purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Assisting with stock control and supplier communications
• Helping with marketing admin (social media posts, website updates)
• Providing general support to the operations team and management
Ideally You Should
- We do not expect you to know everything on day one, we will train you. Ideally candidates should have:
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and a good work ethic
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards these during the apprenticeship)
